Isaiah 41 v13 For I hold you by your right hand— I, the Lord your God. And I say to you, ‘Don’t be afraid. I amhere to help you.
Is there ever a time when live just gets ya? Or even work is just hard or just things build up and you feel like your going toexplode into tears or rage believe it or not your most definitely not alone.
With the pressures of work, school or even just life in general, it can be hard to remember that he give us the strength foreach day and as the NLT simply puts it “for I hold you by your right hand”. When thing just build up don’t go right it soeasy to forget that he’s right there, right beside you and I know that it’s not easy to admit or even want to think but sometimes when life goes like that it’s sometimes the last thing that you think of when really it should be the first!
When it builds up so much and it finely twigs that maybe we should pray or worship, the second part of the verse puts it“don’t be afraid. I am here to help you”. This part of the verse helps me and gives me comfort personally with the part “donot be afraid” the phrase do not be afraid is so vast and is used so many times in the bible 365 to be exact one for everyday haha, but in this context it helps me remember that when you are built up over worked or overwhelmed even if youhaven’t treated your relationship with God as faithfully as you’d liked but when it says do not be afraid it gives us comfortand helps us remember that no matter what, we can turn to him whenever and he will help us he will take our hand he willwalk us through it may not be easy or instant but he is there to turn to he is our rock and he will always be there to helpguide us through whatever life throws in our way.
